The Residence

In Nogentil, a ski-in, ski-out chalet with a ten-metre indoor pool

In the Nogentil area of Courchevel 1850, Chalet Le Coquelicot is a timber chalet of 580 square metres where 12 guests ski back to the door from the runs at Cospillot and end the day in a ten-metre indoor pool. The slopes of Les Trois Vallées begin just outside.

The house comes together on the top floor, around an open fire set in the middle of the salon. The long dining table runs beside it under a brass chandelier, the contemporary kitchen opens onto the dining area, and a terrace lies beyond. Dark woods, polished stone and unusual furnishings give the rooms their character, and one corridor is lined with glass-fronted wine cabinets.

A lift joins all six levels, and a car lift serves the secure garage. On the entrance floor are the master suite of 45 square metres, with its own TV area, and a double bedroom; the other four doubles are on the floors below, and all six bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Further down are a children's games room and the ski room, with its ski-in, ski-out access, then a home cinema, and at the foot of the house the spa: the 10 x 4 m pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam room, a massage room, a relaxing area and a gym.

A chef and a butler see to breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, two housekeepers keep the house, with turn-down each evening, and a driver with a car covers the resort by day, backed by a chalet manager and a concierge service. The altiport is ten minutes away.

For a family or a group of friends who want to ski home in the afternoon and have the whole evening in the house.
