The Residence

Above the Gstaad Promenade, a duplex penthouse under the roof beams

Directly above the Gstaad Promenade, in the car-free heart of the village, Casa Promenade is a duplex penthouse of about 300 square metres, with terraces and balconies that look out to the mountains and the Gstaad Palace. It sleeps 8 in four double bedrooms, with the boutiques, cafés and restaurants of the Promenade at the door and the ski lifts a few minutes away by car.

In the evening the fire burns in a hearth open on both sides, between the deep sofas and a dining table for twelve, under the timber beams of the roof.

Inside, Alpine timber meets stone, steel and modern art. The open living and dining room has a bar, and the Miele kitchen comes with two ovens, a vintage Berkel slicer and a walk-in wine cellar. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom: the master has a walk-in wardrobe, a jacuzzi bath and a balcony, and the fourth bedroom has a bathroom of its own beside it, with a steam shower. Each bedroom has its own temperature control, and there is a Denon sound system with Swisscom TV, Netflix and Apple TV for evenings in.

Outside, the sunlit terraces have a table for meals and a gas barbecue, and the Gstaad Palace is two minutes away.
