Villa Sire overlooks Brandinchi Beach, one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in Sardinia, situated 20 km south of Olbia. This private property, standing alone on the hillside, is a six-minute walk to the sea, through a magnificent park. At Cala Brandinchi a large green lawn with bar area as well as sun loungers and umbrellas is set up for the private use of villa guests. The property was first built in 1964, completely restored and restyled in 2006, enjoying prime beachfront in a splendid position and with all the amenities for modern holiday-making.
