Four separate and independednt structures make up the complex of Villa Arcadia, set somewhere along the Sicilian coastline between palermo, Monreale and Cefalù, in the Arab-Norman Palermo UNESCO site. The most famous Sicilian cathedrals are 40 minutes from the property's location at Trabia. Built to host from 8 to 18 guests, and rented for holidays to groups big or small, and just 50 metres from the sea, with its own mooring. It is perhaps the garden which is the villa’s most extraordinary feature, designed as a kind of hanging or terraced garden with a splendid collection of exotic palms, aromatic plants and tropical flowers around the superb swimming pool complex made of three pools on different levels and linked by waterfalls. Outdoor life at Villa Arcadia has been turned into an elegant way of living: off the modern equipped kitchen, tiled with traditional ceramics, the patio has a barbecue and full dining area adjacent a spacious open gazebo (180 sq m) designed for relaxation, reading, playing cards, ping-pong or watching TV.
