Villa Aiano I

Very grand and stylish, the Villa Aiano boasts 6 bedroom suites and a panoramic swimming pool, a very rare private access by car and even its own funicular! Its priviledged position on a private flank of hillside means the villa terraces and garden overlook the Gulf of Sorrento with a unique view onto the Vesuvio, the Bay of Naples and the Amalfi Coast.
Best described as an impressive chunk of limestone soaring from the Tyrrhenian Sea, the island of Capri has been attracting attention since Roman times. Guests can access the private property directly by car, but you also walk to Capri's main square or Piazzetta in a few minutes, plus on-foot access to the beach below and a 4 minutes taxi ride to the Marina Piccola for boats. Spacious indoor and outdoor living and dining areas matched with the breath-taking views and magical gardens full of bougainvillea, roses and jasmin make it almost impossible to resist.
Villa Aiano I has a layout as follows: on the ground level are two double ensuite bedrooms, a large terrace for drinks sided by a panoramic garden sitting and dining area; on the first level, reached via a staircase, one double suite and one twin single suite, a dining room with terrace and the kitchen; the garden annexe counts two suites, one twin single and one double, both with bathtubs instead of showers, as well as a dining room and kitchen. The property is fully staffed with daily housekeeping service and breakfast, and a house manager.
