Chalet Grâce

Two minutes by electric taxi from the Sunnegga Express and three minutes from the village centre, Chalet Grâce occupies the finest position in Zermatt's exclusive Petite Village — a south-facing hillside that makes it one of the last chalets in the resort to lose the sun each day. Floor-to-ceiling windows on all three floors of this 500-square-metre chalet frame an uninterrupted view of the Matterhorn and the rooftops of Zermatt below that is, without question, one of the great alpine prospects in Switzerland.
Five beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across a thoughtfully flexible layout. The master suite opens onto a private balcony with the Matterhorn perfectly framed from both the king-size bed and the deep bathtub. Three further bedrooms share the same privileged outlook, each with their own balcony, while a family suite adds two sofa beds for younger guests. The vaulted living room — centred around a French stone open fireplace with an adjoining bar, opening onto a large terrace with loungers and mountain views — is the kind of space that makes every evening feel like an occasion. A raised dining room seats 14. A cinema room and games room with pool table round out the entertainment, while the glass-fronted wellness centre below — sauna, massage room, yoga and Pilates space with a fibre-optic star-lit ceiling, and outdoor hot tub on the terrace — ensures that no muscles go unattended.
A private chef, chalet manager, and hosts are included, with a champagne welcome, open bar, daily breakfast, and six gourmet dinners served each week.
