The grounds are covered in tropical vegetation typical of the Mediterranean island; the swimming pool is central and surrounded by a sundeck, overlooking the columns in the walkway leading to the potted lemon grove; the ample outdoor living area is set with an awning, a dining table, a BBQ grill and a pizza oven. Villa La Conchiglia enjoys classical architecture and decor with functional and modern interiors: the bedrooms all have private baths, televisions and audio sets, the living areas are cool and light with chic touches. Three bedrooms and two suites with private living rooms are serviced by housekeeping, but all other services can be organised, as well as excursions on the property's 60-foot speedboat.
